Advantages
Each console of the children book production line is equipped with an automatic paper feeding device and automatic gluing system, which can use stencil positioning and coating glue on special-shaped sheet paper according to customer requirements.
Our production line features a CNC man-machine interface, adopts the Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and NSK bearings, realizing automatic operation, which has the characteristics of low noise, easy operation and high precision of positioning.
Our production line adopts an stencil gluing method, which can save glue. Moreover, the glue will not overflow, and the paper will not deform from this gluing method.
Our production line is equipped with an alarm system, which lights warning lights of different colors according to different conditions. Operators can solve problems in time by directly reading the colors of warning lights. For example, red light will alarm when there is no paper delivery, yellow light will alarm if there is a paper shortage before gluing, and green light will light in normal condition.
Compared with the ordinary pasting machine, our shaped board book pages mounting & binding production line can not only realize the comprehensive gluing of classic board books, but also complete the partial gluing of opening pages, which can make the inner pages of books more diversified and full of vivid images that kids will love.
