The hybrid digital machine adopts the microcomputer servo control and operating system. Each unit is driven by an independent servo motor, ensuring high-precision alignment during high-speed operation.
The plate cylinder adopts an air expansion sleeve design, which is lightweight and eliminates the need for gears. The replacement of sleeves is quick, convenient, and simple. The absence of gears improves the printing quality and reduces maintenance.
Printing and ink transfer pressure adjustment: the plate cylinder uses a motorized pressure adjustment to make micro adjustments to the supporting frame on both sides for adjusting printing and ink transfer pressure. Changing the plate cylinder size does not require major adjustments to the printing pressure. Minor adjustments may be needed for special printing requirements, significantly improving printing efficiency.
The printing unit is equipped with a water chiller drum, which prevents the impact of high temperatures generated by UV curing when printing on thin film materials.
This hybrid flexo/digital machine is suitable for printing on paper, laminated materials (PET, OPP, CPP, PP), and other materials.
The hybrid printer uses a high-precision piezo print head, with optional printing accuracy modes of 1200*600dpi, 900*600dpi and 600*600dpi.
The printing machine adopts a single-pass solution for non-contact printing.
