Spanish label manufacturer Quatro Etiquetas has installed a Weigang ZX450 offset press at its facility in Andújar, Jaén province, to strengthen production capacity for wine labels, olive oil labels, cosmetics labels, and shrink sleeves.

The press is configured with five offset printing units with Coaso remote ink control, plus hot stamping, flexo, flat screen printing, die-cutting, and a servo dancer roller system. This configuration consolidates multiple printing and finishing processes into a single production line, giving the converter greater operational flexibility for premium label applications that require multiple decorative effects and stable register control.

Installation was carried out by Weigang’s technical team in coordination with the local distributor and included on-site commissioning and operator training. The technical team remains available to support initial production runs and knowledge transfer for the customer’s operating staff.
