Italian label converter Welabel has installed a Weigang ZJR-350G flexographic press configured to support a wide range of label production processes, including special surface printing, cold foil stamping, multilayer lamination, and inline die-cutting.

This 8-color press is fitted with Italian RE tension control and web-guiding systems, dual-sided dust removal, corona treatment, an Italian UV curing system, a movable turn bar, a cold foil unit with slip shaft, multilayer lamination with waste matrix rewinding, matrix-removal die-cutting, and slitting functions. It runs on a Siemens servo control system and is equipped with BST stroboscopic inspection for in-run quality monitoring.

The configuration addresses growing market demand for integrated label production platforms that combine consistent print quality, flexible finishing capabilities, and stable web handling in a single line. Weigang provides customizable machine layouts to match converters’ specific production workflows and application requirements.
