Weigang Technology has completed the installation of a ZJR-450G 8-color flexographic printing press at Al Sabagh Company for Digital Printing and General Trading, a label converter based in Iraq.

The new press helps Al Sabagh expand its label production capacity and improve operational efficiency to meet rising local market demand. The ZJR-450G series is designed for stable performance and efficient day-to-day operation.

The flexo machine is built with a Siemens control system, precision tension control, and web-guiding technology to deliver consistent, accurate printing results across production runs. Additional core configurations include a BST stroboscopic inspection system, corona treatment, dual-sided dust cleaning, an Italian UV curing system, cold foil capability with differential shaft, and a lamination unit for expanded finishing options. This configuration allows the press to process a wide range of label substrates and meet diverse printing requirements.
