The ZB-350 inspection slitter rewinder combines label inspection, slitting, and rewinding in a single production process. Equipped with a LUSTER vision inspection system, it detects defects such as missing print, color variation, print misregistration, and scratches. Additionally, two web guides, positioned at the unwind and ahead of the slitting unit, help maintain stable web alignment throughout the process.

With a maximum inspection width of 350 mm and inspection speeds of up to 160 m/min, the inspection machine is suitable for label converting operations that require both print quality inspection and slitting in a single workflow.
